Wisdom Tree Collective's online School of Spiritual Direction & Community is looking for a competent and enthusiastic tech person who understands the value of online education and community, could it be you?

 

SCOPE OF SERVICE

The Wisdom Tree Collective Tech Support and Digital Communications Specialist must have competence in working with Kajabi, our current all-in-one educational tech platform which hosts a website, courses, and community while also bringing an eye for innovation in regard to learning management systems and ways to interface with the public through digital communications.

Definition of Service:

The Wisdom Tree Collective Technical Support and Online Media Specialist provides website maintenance and updates as well as technical assistance, guidance, and support regarding operational and/or access issues to Kajabi courses, meetups, community circles, and social media. Scope of Service may include:

1. Offer customer service support regarding access and operational needs for students, staff, and other participants using Kajabi.
2. Offer various avenues for orientation of and troubleshooting for students and users regarding Kajabi courses and community circles.
3. Regularly audit the website, keeping it maintained and operational, tending to security and confidentiality, posting updates as requested in cooperation with instructors and facilitators.
4. Communicate about new integrations by Kajabi or propose an alternative learning management system once the priorities of Wisdom Tree Collective are known.
5. Set up and manage the storefront and offerings of Kajabi courses, retreats, and events.
6. Strategize and execute a social media/digital communications plan with staff that utilizes AI in ways aligning with the values and goals of Wisdom Tree Collective.

Setting(s) - this is remote work but you will need to be available throughout the week, expecting increased work availability at the beginning of each school year (August-September) and before a Circle or Program meets:

1. Online course & circle settings
2. Communications via video, phone, text or email with students, staff or mentors.

Supervision: Director, Wisdom Tree Collective

Qualifications:

1. Demonstrated experience in application software support and troubleshooting.
2. Problem solving and communication skills necessary for software application.
3. Experience in online learning preferred.
4. Demonstrated continuing education and knowledge of Kajabi.
5. Experience with social media for a school.

6. Understanding of and resonance with Wisdom Tree Collective.

Competencies:

1. Ability to communicate via email, phone, and video call.
2. Ability to use and participate in video meetings.
3. Provide technology guidance as requested by the student, staff or mentor.
4. Timely follow-through on additions to the website and course building and updates.
5. Report to the Director as needed regarding Kajabi application issues and ways to integrate improvements and upgrades while prioritizing organizational needs and tasks.

Hours and Compensation:
1. Flexible, part-time schedule, approximately 8-10 hours per week, with some weeks less, others more such as the on-boarding of new students during August-September
2. $300/every two weeks
3. Encouragement to bring one’s creativity, expertise, and passion to Wisdom Tree Collective’s team.
